Total Lunar Eclipse at 2:14, Full Moon, But What Does That Mean…..Breathe

A total lunar eclipse, as well as a full moon is occurring today June 15th in Sagittarius, with the Sun in Gemini. This is the first lunar eclipse of 2011, and it is powerful and lengthy. The total phase will last 100 minutes. The last time that happened was eleven years ago. None of the eclipse will be visible from North America.

With Mercury the bearer of communication, Gemini opposed by a warlike Sagittarian moon, expect the unexpected. Communication will not go pleasantly and emotional satisfaction will not happen. I actually put off all talks until after the 16th. Thankfully two major talks were put off for me. The universe does watch out for us.  Be prepared to confront opinions and ideas that do not jar well and involve your feelings. Getting things to run smoothly will not be easy. Have you found your schedules running into conflict? Breathe, because this to is part of this conjunction (placement). Expect to be blocked at every turn and seriously lay low, because this too will pass.

Mercury also squares Ceres (loss) and Uranus (disruption). In Hindu astrology, Rudra, the Destroyer, will create disturbances not only personally, but also globally. Look at all the volcano’s erupting and the fires breaking out. Have you noticed how unstable the weather is? Well expect more.

Is there truth that needs to be revealed? Now is the time, but expect mixed messages and if you are not careful this could lead to trouble. Do not believe everything you hear during this time. Wait a couple of days and then come back to the situation, as lies and false statements may not be what they seem. Truths will shock, as people reassess their thoughts on what they thought was true and rebuild from strengths instead of being blinded. We will be forced to create a connection, or lose all that we have built.

Mental wards will be filled tonight as stress creates chaos and eclipses are mirror images. This one has stars that are unfortunate. Hearing of a war breaking out or a major earthquake striking would not surprise me.

Mars, the planet of Scorpio, is under severe pressure from this eclipse and Algol the eclipsing binary star is associated with horrific events affecting large numbers of people, especially ones caused by meteorological occurrences. Algol also brings creativity, for out of suffering comes enlightenment. Saturn (sorrow and death of the common people) and Jupiter (overconfidence of the ruling class) bring misfortune and violent death.  Mars at the time of the eclipse squares the US Moon, semi-square the US Sun. Saturn squares the US Sun and sesquisquares the US Moon, Pluto opposes the US Sun, Jupiter and Venus, eclipse Uranus and squares thr US Jupiter and Venus. Were talking astrological war here.

Think of this like a pressure cooker that has to blow. This has been building in the planetary skies for a while. The next solar eclipse is July 1st. With Pluto making an entrance. Eclipsing Mars and sextiles Ceres, who is in a T-square to the Sun and Moon. Again take care. Stress is inevitable.

I know this sounds all gloom and doom but it is not. To be warned is to take action. If you take a lot of B vitamins ASAP this might help. There is also a herbal formula called Max GXL. I highly recommend it, especially for Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces. Stay healthy and give to yourself during this time. Sleep, long baths, exercise (especially swimming), sun, yoga and breathing are all ways to deal with this planetary onslaught. And remember this to will pass.

Much light!
