Who are those little men climbing over a naked Lady Gaga? Looking like the female Gulliver attacked by the Lilliputians, the official advertising campaign for Lady Gaga Fame, Black Eau de Parfum, is taking up 7400 square feet of Time Square. So far over 2 million people have seen the massive Fame campaign starter. This is the video commercial directed by Steven Klein, which debuted on LittleMonsters.com.
Talk about advance marketing. Fame and scent ala Gaga receive their worldwide release tomorrow. At Macy’s Dadeland the perfume is already making a splash. Retailing between $55 and $79 the “Little Monsters” parents at least won’t go broke. You can thank Gaga’s teaming with Coty, for that.
The fragrance sprays clear and becomes invisible once airborne. Expect the smell to be dark, sensual and light. Inspired by Belladonna, the deadly nightshade includes sensual honey, saffron and apricot nectar. Tiger Orchid and Jasmine Sambac finish the mixture.
I’m thinking we are in for a lot of Gaga sightings here in New York
