Legendary R&B singer Etta James was hospitalized in a Riverside, CA hospital on December 16th and are using a breathing machine to keep her alive. The 73-year-old singer has incurable leukemia and had previously overcome heroin addiction. She also suffers from kidney disease and dementia. James is three-time Grammy Award singer who was a force in the early days of R&B music with hit songs like “The Wallflower,” “Good Rockin’ Daddy” and most of all, her 1961 smash, “At Last.”
